I'm feeling pretty good! I was in great shape while prego with dri.. But I'm in even better shape this time! I have such a good exercise routine down.
Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays : I run 3-4 miles, work my arms out and walk at night (1-3 miles depending on how I feel)
Tuesdays and Thursdays : I bike at the gym , do my legs and of course my nightly walk
Saturdays and Sundays : walk and sometimes a jog .
I add some yoga in there about 1-2x a week. It honestly helps a ton! My body needs to stretch and it makes pregnancy more comfortable.
I hope I can continue with my routine!
